Here's how it works
Vision
This is all about YOU! We’ll chat about what you need photos for and how you want to be portrayed.
Then, we’ll pick a day and reserve your spot—so you can finally have photos you’re excited to use and proud to share everywhere.
The day of the shoot is when you'll get pampered! You’ll receive hair & makeup by my professional stylist to look however you want!
You can do 4 outfit changes. The day of your shoot, bring as many options as you want (you can bring your whole closet haha). I’ll help you choose your final outfits.
Styling
Your photoshoot will take place at my studio in Ann Arbor (or a location we decide on together).
I will direct you (all the way down to your hands & expression) the entire time. I promise, you are going to have fun!
No need to feel nervous – my specialty is photographing people who don’t necessarily love being in front of a camera.

Photo Viewing
7-10 days after your photoshoot, you’ll view your photos and choose your package! Then, you’ll receive a link to download your digital photos. You can also order prints if you'd like!

Before building my business, I was a burned out social worker desperately needing a change. I started my business and fell in love with the personal branding & high school senior genres of photography.
I live in MIchigan with my husband, our two boys, lots of chickens, our two cats, and our energetic dog. We split our time between our house in Chelsea and our cottage in the Irish Hills area.
I've been a bridesmaid 13 times.
Roller skating is a love of mine and I used to play roller derby.
I started growing a wildflower field on our property last year and I'm obsessed. I'm going to 10x it this year (watch my social media for behind the scenes of shoots there).
I host a podcast called The Portrait System.
Before I had a family, I traveled alone to countries including Cambodia, Nepal, Costa Rica, and Thailand. Sounds cheesy, but those trips helped me "find myself".
Foodie. I'm for sure a foodie. And a beer snob.
I started a non-profit that provided autism advocacy and education in developing countries.
My husband and I have been together since 2006. We met at a Built to Spill concert in Detroit. He's very handy and much more patient than I am.
My kids Van & Dre both challenge me and make my heart burst with love many, many times a day.
I'm very comfortable in a dive bar and also at a 5 star restaurant...although, I prefer a dive bar ;)
I'm a recent country music convert and I'm still quite shocked about it haha.
